Pros: Teens had fun in the pool and hottub. Breakfast was good

Pros: very comfortable and clean rooms. very nice and available staff. perfect position, you can walk to the mall which is really very close

I have a nice stay, with the exception of the room location.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. This property was a great value for the money. Breakfast offered great selection.

Cons: I was extremely uncomfortable with my room location. As a professional woman traveling alone, I was placed in the first room on the first floor. I was very uncomfortable sleeping and felt unsafe. I was told that was the only room that was clean at the time, however I checked in at around 4:30 p.m. although my check-in time was 3:00 p.m.

Pros: Every single staff member was absolutely courteous to help make genuine conversation very accommodating with any questions.

Cons: I paid for a room that had a king size bed, and a pullout sofa with a kitchenette Attached bathroom, suite they upgraded me to the grandmaster suite that didn’t have a pullout sofa so I didn’t have a bed for my kids. So, even though I was thankful for the upgrade, it’s not what I needed for my family. We only had a king size bed. For one adult and three kids. There is a few things broken in the room. And a closet with some kind of running machinery, right in the bedroom that was locked and a random bathtub in the middle of the bath.. I had a three-year-old toddler it was a hassle. We were also given a handicap room in the bathroom was like being in a hospital. Not luxury at all. The bottom of the door was broken, so it wouldn’t close all the way so I couldn’t even keep my toddler from the random tub in the bedroom.

We had a great time and will be back again.

Pros: I enjoy the breakfast. And the location was great.

Cons: That your restaurant was closed on New Year day.

Pros: The room was completely well organized and secure. Very clean, comfortably decorated. Excellent use of space. The staff was very friendly, informative and patient. Breakfast was good, dinning facilities were clean, and presented a wonderful atmosphere. Cook staff, made sure food was plentiful, organized and readily available. Day manager worked diligently to keep these orderly and pleasant for guests.

Cons: I feel silly writing this, but I would have preferred a more firmer pillow…this comment is strictly my personal preference. The bed felt excellent.

Pros: we couldn’t use your Booking as they never had any record of it.

Pros: Spa pool breakfast even sleeing enoverything Had a friend along. She love the whole experience from beginning to end

Pros: The facility was very clean, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Though we didn't need to use them, it was nice to have a laundry room on premise. The pool and fitness ares were very nice.

Cons: The breakfast service ended too early.
