Great stay, would stay again.

Pros: We stayed in off season so it was extremely quiet with us being the only ones in the motel section of the Inn. The free bus tour was a highlight.

Brilliant, really recommend

Pros: Beautiful facilities. Very polite and welcoming personnel. Calmness and piece around the place, including pond. Additional facilities of the coffee machine at the reception, swimming pool, golf, etc. Nice eating places around (Smorgasbord Restaurant, Bird-in-hand bakery & cafe)

Cons: We really liked everything. Maybe wifi in one room was a little bit slow. Small smell in the hallway near room 152.

We had a wonderful time in Pennsylvania and the Inn was a lovely part of it.

Pros: The restaurant food and staff was top notch. It definitely was a plus staying at the inn with the extra amenities on the grounds.

Cons: The hot tub was lukewarm.

Pros: Have stayed at the hotel for years. No other hotels have been comparable during their closing due to fire & rebuild. Long awaited return for my family trip

Wonderful stay with consistent, positive experiences over the past 10 years for the entire family!

Pros: It’s close to all the attractions, events, and activities with an indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant, petting zoo, playground and more on-site. The location is family friendly with a free Amish tour with your stay which is a family tradition for us. The staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We’ve stayed at the Family Inn once or twice a year for over 10 years.

Cons: The pool table is broken, but a staff member assisted us so we could play. The restaurant is just ramping up service and only a buffet (no menu) is available for breakfast. A menu and buffet is available for lunch/dinner.
