Themed but it works!
Pros: The rooms were newly decorated, beds were large and really comfortable. I loved the second sink provided outside the bathroom...a really clever addition. Location wise, it is on a main road but the Armish Village is just down the road, excellent Crazy Golf opposite plus an outlet mall a few minutes drive away. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thought this was a really good value hotel.
Cons: This is a themed hotel so our initial thoughts were that it was a bit 'naff' but this hotel ended up being one of our favourite hotels of our 16 day road trip as they got everything right (good restaurant, bar, super comfortable large beds, friendly staff etc). It is on a major road which I hadn't realised but once we discovered the excellent Crazy Golf directly opposite this didn't bother us at all. Rooms are a bit dark and I couldn't work out how to open the windows.

Overall excellent
Pros: The buildings, space, facilities all great and the cookies and water(s) a lovely touch.
Cons: The man on check in would be benefit from a customer friendliness course, the girl on breakfast did not appear to be happy. The gift store staff were excellent.

Fabulous!
Pros: LOVE this hotel, a unique experience which far exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. It felt very regal & we loved the boat feel.
Cons: The check in staff never told us that there were cookies or coffee machines

Good option for a stopover in Lancaster County
Pros: Fun novelty boat theme, entertaining meal in the Steamboat Inn which was obviously also popular with locals, handy for the excellent Amish farmhouse tour, large rooms
Cons: Decor rather dated, our rooms were a bit musty

It was wonderful between going to The Tribute to John Denver at the AMT and staying with you.
Pros: We didn't have breakfast at the Inn but I have been there before with a bus group and breakfast was very good. I just love the whole atmosphere of the Inn. It's quaint. I loved the phone in my room.....old fashioned and it actually had a dial tone.
Cons: My husband and I were a little nervous about the tub when we took our showers. Maybe you could provide one of those mats to stand on in the tub.

Wonderful stay. Book more than one night!
Pros: The place was not done justice by the outside. More beautiful inside. Had breakfast and dinner both were great. Breakfast staff was under staffed but they did a fabulous job! The dinner with piano music and see along (at least our crowd did) was very uplifting and enjoyable. We wished we had spent more than one night but gives us excuse to come back. Loved the pool & hot tub hours for adults and later hours, it was great.
Cons: The only small issue I had was no bath mat or appliqué when I went to take shower after the pool. It was late and I didn’t discover until I was getting in shower. Calling front desk wasn’t a option as others were sleeping.
