Holiday Inn & Suites Philadelphia W - Drexel Hill by IHG

Fabulous place and will highly recommend to anyone needing a central place in Drexel Hill.

Pros: It was very well presented and staff were very helpful. Eating options very good

We enjoyed ourselves and slept well even with the thermostat problem. We would stay again.

Pros: We enjoyed the room which was very well appointed . It was very clean.

Cons: The thermostat was a problem. We had to turn it up to 77 to be most comfortable in the room. After that, the thermostat seem to decide when it would turn the temperature down.

Pros: It was super clean and the staff was very nice!! Breakfast great and just an overall nice atmosphere.

Great Front Desk Service

Pros: Front Desk went out of their ways to help us move to a quieter room. Initially, we had the top floor, 6th, and the ventilation from roof was going at a full force near our unit and it was quite noisy. Front Desk sent an engineer in no time and switched to 5th floor, which was much quieter. By the way, it was one of the coldest day in Philadelphia when we stayed. Maybe something to do with the cold temperature. In any event, we had comfy sleep.

Beds melt your body into a deep sleep

Pros: It was in what felt like a safe location. Beds were amazingly comfortable breakfast was so pretty I didn’t want to eat it but when I finally did it was also delicious and the orange juice was the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Cons: We liked everything

The room was inviting and the service excellent.

Pros: Location was near place of function I was attending and near family members. I booked a special needs room which proved spacious and comfortable. The was a table on wheels to be moved anywhere. The bathroom was equipped with safety bars, etc.

Cons: I cannot think of anything.

Excellent, friendly staff

Pros: The hotel was spotless, looking like a new facility. The restaurant and bar were phenomenal!

Great 3 day weekend

Cons: My coffee maker was broke, im a coffee drinker. But that's okay. The staff was amazing
