Red Lion Hotel Harrisburg Hershey

Pros: I loved everything, great service from the staff, always helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean, I am very picky about bed linen and this was the first hotel I stayed in and had no problems with the bed linen. The location is close to everything, I loved the pool! Without a doubt, my family and I will be back.

Cons: Children screaming and banging things in the next room, but it's not the hotel's fault. For me and my family, everything was great.

Pros: Terrance was the BEST! I had just left a place in the Hershey area that was extremely disappointing. Terrance say my face and gave us the very best that the Red Lion had to offer. We stayed in a king suit with a balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and grounds. My daughter saw rabbits and we played in the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. The pool was chilly but looked clean and was refreshing on a hot day. The staff was exceptional. We were only 15mins outside of Hershey. This area is safe. You're not in the city of Harrisburg. You're on the outskirts. It was perfect! I'd stay again. Shout out to Gilligan's restaurant for their outstanding service and food which was recommended by our hotel. The diner is around the corner too and serves great breakfast.

Cons: Hmmm? I'd say that a fresh coat of paint on the balconies, a new tennis net and a slight upgrade on the wall paper would kick this place into high gear. Minimal adjustments.

Pros: Everything was great, we stayed for my daughter’s 9th birthday, she had the best time. Terrence at check in was nice!

Cons: An old lady walking around, kind of had a rude look to her and was pretty unapproachable

Pros: Very nice and has great amenities for families for all different seasons and times of the year. The pool vibe in the summer is great with great outdoor fun. Fall and winter indoor pool is great for relaxing Cute arcade

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff and the GM Randy was just wonderful and kind. The rooms were huge and the hot tub was a plus with it being outside. I will definitely be booking again 😊😊

Pros: The Staff was amazing got a free upgrade from the Manager, Front desk staff Brittney was amazing and very helpful

Pros: I love the space offered and how kid friendly the location is. I appreciated the options of play and variety of pools available. I looked forward to using the grill but when I approached them they were left burning and hard to clean

Cons: Not much but if it had kitchens/kitchenettes I'd visit even more. I'd like to bring a larger group of family back. Management very helpful and courteous and curious abt our stay.

Brought the teens along for a business trip and enjoyed some R&R pre-holiday!

Pros: Great location, close to everything! There is a hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, arcade, and gym! There is Lao a restaurant within the location! The location is local to shops, Restaurants, and not too far from Hershey Park which was def a plus! I had events to attend in the area and each location was just minutes from where we were staying!

Cons: Thanks room size for the price was a bit pricey. The vent in the bathroom did not work so the ceiling, wall paper, and comfort of the room were all altered by it. There is no one monitoring the pools and hot tub areas so people were leaving those areas a mess. They say no kids in the hot tub but there were full families with multiple kids in them. The pool needed to be sanitized and cleaned more frequently. Parents not monitoring their children by the pool and playground areas. Wish they arcade had more things for girls too.

Pros: The property eas nearby the property i was trying to get through

Cons: there was some mixup with prepayment methods

Relieving

Pros: Loved how dog friendly the stay was, We spoke to the manager the next morning on our way out - we will 1000000% be booking a stay here again. The balcony was a bonus!!

Cons: that we couldn't stay longer!
