Pros: The location is good, it is very clean, the staff is very friendly.

Cons: The pillows aren't very comfortable... but everything was great.

It was a pleasant stay.

Pros: It was great. The restaurant staff should’ve have been on top of us. Not sure if they were racially profiling. I watched how the other guests were treated and they didn’t stay on top of them. My breakfast was paid for in advance and she couldn’t accept it or didn’t want to believe it. I’m not sure if she wanted extra money. It was a very rude vibe after I proved to her my status as a guest she backed down. The chef was bragging about how he cooks and didn’t make the oatmeal the correct way. I wasn’t the only person who felt that way but didn’t make a big deal about it because there were other items to eat.

Pros: Clean and comfortable- lots of options for snacks, food and beverages; feels safe here

Quiet, pleasant stay after a busy day at Hershey Park!

Pros: Paid for breakfast which was very good! Staff serving was very friendly!

Cons: Pool was closed, although was under repair!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows.

Cons: The price of the continental breakfast. $7.50 For a bagel and orange ? No thanks . We got back on Saturday night and The bar was closed at 11:40pm . Disappointing.
