It was good value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

Pros: The efficient booking in and out process , a generous sized room which the cleaner kept spotless. And a sufficient breakfast to set you up for the day.

Cons: A little less noise in the evening after midnight the rooms could benefit from sound proofing

Pros: Every thing was OK for a one night stay Price, cleanliness, Breakfast toiletries and location. A good selection of Resturants round about.

Cons: Nothing out of order for a one night stay. A longer stay is a bit different. The room needs serviced more regulary, towels really need changed every day like in European hotels.

Cons: That the room was only serviced once in the 7 days. Clean towels would have been nice every day or at least every second day. Also young children running along the corridor between 10pm and Midnight most nights. N

We went right to sleep after showering so it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Our stay was so clean, quiet, and overall very pleasant except for one thing,,,,,,the television should be mounted to the wall. It was NOT comfortable to lay in bed to try to watch it when you have had neck surgery.

Cons: I didn't like that the television was on a table instead of on the wall...and the bathroom floor was very slippery....

It was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: There was a problem with my reservation and Nicky fixed it. She was courteous and polite and made sure there was a room available for me.

Cons: The system tried to take my payment, even though I was not a prepay. My card was locked, so the request was denied. I had not had a chance to check in, the system canceled my reservation.
