Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

Pros: The comfort is nice and easy access to my room from other entrance was very nice. The pool is very nice too. Staffs are professional in their approach

Cons: Can’t think of anything

Very very good!

Pros: The indoor outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant. The restaurant timings.

Cons: The door of the bathroom was like a closet door and did not close properly. The waiter asked too many personal questions about where I was from.

Room and food were good, staff attentive, meeting facilities more than OK.

Pros: Room was comfortable. Dinner in restaurant was quite good -hotel food sometimes is not. Meeting rooms were comfortable and temperature regulation was good (not too hot or too cool, as is sometimes a problem).

Cons: I hate locations out on an interstate. I much prefer in-town, but this is in part because where feasible, I prefer to travel by train. I realize most people drive and often don't want to be in the city, if it is not an attractive one with good restaurants etc. Of course, this was a reasonable choice of the organizations (American College of Physicians).

Very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Super comfortable bed! Very clean hotel. Didn’t go swimming but the pool looked great!

Cons: Bathroom door knob came loose and toilet flush is supersonic. Shower curtain is too short and water got on the floor, but it was still a great hotel experience.

It’s a good stay.

Pros: Location is good to Hershey Park, the room is spacious.

Cons: Not enough complimentary items (like coffee and hot chocolate drinks in the lobby area. Also the elevator is kind of slow.

Pros: A good, clean, convenient spot for the night. Didnt use many of the amenities, so I can't comment on them, but as for the room and front desk service-well done
