terrific time !

Pros: Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Room with separate living area great for congregating with family members or friends. Breakfast was good... was hoping for more variety.. cooking station be nice to expand on eggs, omelets, etc

Cons: Need more chairs/ seating in the family room.. need new chairs/couches that are higher... all are TOO LOW and difficult to get out of . esp for older people.

Very enjoyable could have stayed longer

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Swimming pool and fire pit made our group stay really enjoyable

Cons: Carpets looked tired

Great place to base a longer stay in a beautiful part of Pennsylvania.

Pros: The location was fantastic and the front of house staff both on the reception desk and at the breakfast room were awesome.

Cons: The public area carpet and decor was tired and the carpeting in particular looked as though it would have benefitted from a deep clean to bring back its colours.

Pros: Great location, lots to see around the area. Good breakfast

Pleasant stay on our way to Philadelphia

Pros: We liked the location and the friendly staff! They recommended a very restaurant Fireside tavern and it was delicious!

Cons: The beds were a bit too soft and the bathroom could use an upgrade and a sink. I think we got a handicap room.

Pros: The breakfast and pool availability was our favorite part. Being close to kitchen kettle was ideal.

Cons: Our room had some hairs in the shower and we had to be moved to a new room because of an ant infestation. The staff was helpful with the move. It sits super closer to a busy road so because our room was on the road side it wasn’t very quiet.

I'm sure we will return to this Best Western because we love to visit the Lancaster area.

Pros: We have stayed here several times before and have always been met with cheerful and friendly staff. They have always be polite and helpful.

Cons: Could book online for a cheaper rate and was told they could not give us the same rate, so of course I booked it online.

Pros: The staff was extremely welcoming and nice! The location is excellent! I will definitely go back there.

Cons: The facilities could be a little better.

Pros: Love the coffee availability early in the morning; breakfast; great patio off room

Cons: We have stayed many times but just this once the room we stayed in was dusty (headboards) and not as clean as usual.
