Good location and breakfast but the road noise was bad

Pros: Excellent location and really good breakfast. Only problem was the traffic noise which was quite bad from the main road

Ok but some small issues

Pros: I like the home2suitws hotels. Spacious and a small kitchenette.

Cons: Airconditioning needed maintenance. Sounded like a jet engine in our room. Their solution was either a refund so i could go to another hotel? Wait, what? Anyway they moved us to a handicapped room which was fine. Know that there is only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. Rest is broken.

I was great place to stay will come again

Pros: I really enjoyed everything overall. The only small concern I noticed during breakfast was that some children were coughing near the serving area while picking up their food, even with servers present. Perhaps suggesting that parents assist their children with picking up food could help keep the area more sanitary.

We enjoyed our time.

Pros: They supplied the guests with Super Bowl snacks which was really nice.

Cons: We had an issue with our tv not working and our bathroom door not shutting and the bathroom door is a sliding door with a deadbolt type of lock? They switched our room which was nice but the bathroom door still didn’t lock 😂

Pros: Everything the rooms are clean the staff was wonderful the food was good I would recommend 20 out of 10

Everything else about the property was nice. The room did not smell like cigarettes. None of them. They all smell really

Pros: The staff was very nice Charmaine. I’m not sure if she was the manager. She was at the front desk. She was very helpful and had a very pleasant personality. It was personable so I truly enjoyed checking in.

Cons: It did not have an indoor pool. I would’ve liked the indoor pool because we were looking forward to going in the pool, but that’s the only part I did not like.

Probably one of the best hotels Iv stayed in for the price

Cons: shower facilities... very slippery floor for a handicap room and there was very low water pressure

Pros: Value for the money was great! All spaces were very clean, the room was spacious, well stocked, and the kitchenette area had unexpected perks, such as a good sized refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and coffee and tea station. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Parking was free! and there was always a space available when we needed it.

Pros: The hotel looked great, staff were amazing, location was perfect. We decided to stay an extra night, and that process was so smooth and simple. Would 10/10 recommend and come back.

Cons: My only complaint was I didn't enjoy the breakfast very much. There were not enough options and unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the items that were there.
