thankyou for making our time in NYC so great!

Pros: we loved the location, so much around ( food, shops, subway, walking distance to brooklyn bridge, 9/11 memorial etc the hospitality from staff, bed was comfy + heater/aircon house keeping everyday was great room was a little outdated but great for the price loved that they used dove products in bathroom!!! big bonus points was overally pretty quiet compared to other cities ive stayed in which was amazing staff were amazing!!!

Cons: nothing!

A great base to explore NY. Small, clean and friendly hotel.

Pros: The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the financial district and only meters away from 9/11 memorial and museum and 10 min walk to ferry for Statue of Liberty trip. A perfect base to explore NY without the NY price tag.

Pros: Great location and friendly staff! The place was in a perfect spot, close to everything I needed. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I had a really pleasant experience.

Cons: What could be improved: The ventilation system was quite dusty and could use a proper cleaning, both in the bathroom and the room. Other than that, everything was great.

Perfect experience

Pros: It exceeded my expectations. Although breakfast was not included, they offered coffee, yoghurt and pastries among others for free between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, but also there is a Dunkin' Donnuts where you can buy sandwiches right next door. Convenience stores are also very close. Pizza and tacos that close after midnight just a block away. They let me leave my luggage with them for a couple of hours after the check-out. The details say there is a safe deposit in the reception but there was one there in my room. The personnel is very kind. Also, there was a nice chair and desk if needed. The heating worked great, hot water with good pressure all the day, the room was very clean, I had supplies all the time, very quiet in the inside, everything was perfect and the location is just incredible!

Great hotel in a good location!

Pros: Very good location, super friendly staff, comfortable bed, decent size room.

Cons: The reception area was a bit small but this didn’t affect our stay at all

I'll book the same hotel for my next business trip

Pros: This is my second visit to this hotel during a business trip. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also within walking distance of several tourist attractions, including Wall Street, the Charging Bull, and the World Trade Center. Check-in was smooth, even around midnight, and it took less than five minutes.

Cons: The price is high compared to where I come from, but this is New York—what do you expect?
