Hampton Inn Nanuet

excellent!

Pros: Great breakfast and location. So converient to New York city and skiing.

Cons: bathroom ventilation needs to be added. It would be better to add a sofa in the room.

Pros: The customer service was superb. We also enjoyed the clean environment.

Cons: The breakfast needs more improvement. There was no variety. As a British l expected at least a bit of british breakfast a day out of the 6 days we stayed there.

Asked for a quiet room and it certainly was for the duration of our stay.

Pros: Breakfast was good. However a family of inconsiderate people helped themselves to all of the cereal tubs and various other items. These items were not replenished and we had to go without. I assume they were not replenished because the family would have taken them as well, knowing that they would not be stopped because the items are free.

Cons: The fact that they were allowed to get away with it. Even if they had hung around the other customers could have been given what they wanted from the kitchen where public are not allowed access.

I would restay hère again it fit our needs perfectly .

Pros: Breakfast was perfect . My kids and I loved all the varieties and especially the waffles

Cons: Nothing .

If needed, I would stay at this hotel again.

Pros: It was a sad trip for me and my family, so i really did not pay too much attention to detail. We did have breakfast which was good. The room was clean.

Cons: Room phone did not work, breakfast could have been a bit warmer. The toaster only worked on one side.

Pros: Reliable Hampton Inn breakfast and wifi. Beds wee comfortable.

Cons: Elevator was out of service. Climbed stairs withuggage to Third Floor Wifi sign in with last name and room number did not work. Desk helped with alternate method. In room coffee had 4 decaf pods and zero caffeinated.

Grandioso

Pros: La recepcionista que me atendio fue muy amable y me brindo el registro antes de mi hora de checking y eso con el cansancio del viaje, fue grandioso.

Pros: I like how clean the property was, and the staff was extremely friendly

Cons: I hated the fact that I couldn’t adjust the thermostat even though it was extremely cold outside. It was in the 77° inside the building which was very hot for us and I’m used to going into hotels where I can adjust my thermostat. Also there were some things that were outdated or damage that never got repaired in some of the room rooms, which wasn’t a big deal, but definitely something that I noticed.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was extremely clean.

Cons: The AC/ heating unit in the room was very noisy.

Great stay would definitely come again

Pros: I really liked the fact the the hotel was very clean and our room was also clean and very nice set up as well , the breakfast was fantastic too!
