Hilton Garden Inn Nanuet

We enjoyed our stay and it was worth the money, it’s in a busy area so access to everything.

Pros: The staff was super friendly, the place was pretty clean.

Cons: It was very clean but we found a few hairs on our bedding and in our soap dish. The toilet didn’t flush well. We also thought we booked a smoking room because there were NON SMOKING rooms advertised and rooms that didn’t have NON SMOKING in the title. Apparently the whole hotel is smoke free. We saw they advertised the non smoking rooms but it would have been nice if it said somewhere it was a smoke free facility.

Pros: which had a swimming pool within the hotel premises

Cons: When I made my reservation, it said breakfast included, and when I went to have breakfast it turned out that it was just a coffee, I really didn't like that since my reservation said that it included breakfast, it didn't say coffee included. The truth is that I thought it was wrong 👎

Good and seemed safe and convenient to other restaurants by car

Pros: Parking and not far away from restaurants and town

Cons: the reception and lobby for uncomfortable cold below 66 degrees eating in the restaurant

Pros: Staff was very friendly. For a hotel that is on a very busy road, I like that it’s set back off the road behind another hotel.

Cons: Not the hotel’s fault, but when I entered the bathroom after waking up in the morning there was a strong pot odor coming through the vent of the bathroom from the room next door, I believe. I did alert management and the next morning was better (probably because the guests checked out). Can’t stand the smell of any kind of smoke on what are supposed to be smoke-free floors/hotels. People are rude.

It matched our requirements

Pros: Unfortunately it was a short stay as we didn’t arrive till around 11pm and had to leave at 7:30am. However everything was to our satisfaction.

Pros: It's a nice place to stay. We have stayed before. The prices keep going up like everything else but same stay.

Cons: I didn't like that I could not open the window even an inch or two like most hotels. the air conditioner said it was on 62, it was not 62 in the room more like 70. Hopefully they will get that fixed. But would stay again

Pros: I loved the property they had a bar, spa, and pool on the premises

Cons: I loved all of it there was nothing that I did not like

Pros: We checked in and the lady didn’t even tell us where to go. We also paid for breakfast and people were coming off the street and were able to eat without paying. Also there was a kid that was drinking out of the juice container and put it back on the counter for others to drink

Pros: Great staff night lady was pleasant and very helpful

Great spot will stay again.

Pros: Clean, organized, attentive staff, great location.

Cons: The entrance to the hotel is confusing. Better signage is necessary and the holes at the entrance almost damaged my car.
