Accessibility & cleanliness

Pros: Accessibility goes first, then cleanliness and comfort. Everything was good, thank you! The Kohl showerhead is the best.

Cons: Some weird guests were loud in the corridor at 1am.

Overall, Element Spring Valley was awesome. Very clean environment, would definitely recommend!!

Pros: It’s very clean and modern! Will definitely book again!

Cons: •Didn’t like the fact that the pool closed early, was there for one night and by the time I checked in it was closed. •For me personally, I think check out time can be adjusted. I just was not ready because that’s the time I normally get out of bed and I had to rush and get ready to hand over the keys 😭

Overall it was a nice hotel and would consider staying there again.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was nearby to many places. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I liked that the hotel had a fitness room and a pool. The pool area and water was nice, maybe more heat and warmer water temps...it was a little chilly to go in. The lobby and its seating area was peaceful and comfy, nicely furnished too.

Cons: I didnt like the constant smell of marijuana. It was so bad coming from the hallway that i put a towel along the bottom of the door. All places in a hotel should be smoke free from all kinds if cigarettes. In the morning there wasn't enough hot water for one to take a shower.

Pros: Great staff, nice room, nice hot breakfast, pet friendly

Cons: Bedroom needed blackout curtains

Pros: The accueil, the Comfort, the Early chech in time, Nice Room, very Clean 🫧, nice Private Bathroom, Breakfast 🥞 included, Pool Access Open 12h per day, microwave, refrigerator, iron, lock 🔐 closet, sink, TV 📺 my stay was so nice 👍🏿 up for Element, one key for each person, dish fork, spoon 🥄 knife 🔪 🍽️ available, table chairs couch 🛋️

Cons: There's absolutely nothing me and my partner didn't like

This hotel was a great stay!

Pros: The breakfast would have been wonderful if it had been hot. They had it on a warming plate, but it was luke warm. The coffee was great.

Cons: The parking lot was full of spotted lantern fly's. This is an invasive species that needs to be killed. I reported it to the State.

Will always stay there when passing through in the future.

Pros: Most comfortable bed ever. Convenient location. Reasonable price. Best stay of my cross country trip so far.

Cons: EV car charger was not working, but there are other chargers in the area.

Great hotel in Rockland County, NY

Pros: Great property, clean and modern, rooms very large and nicely set up. All staff but especially front desk were exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel is happily dog friendly.

Cons: The breakfast is just ok- tasty but just same little egg frittatas or egg whites wraps everyday.

Perfect place, perfect location!

Pros: This hotel is so underrated!! I believe it should have a 5.0 rating. The staff are really friendly and courteous, everything is beautifully clean and redone, and the best part is the location! You can walk to Target from the hotel, it's that close. And it's 5 minutes from a major shopping center, 12 minutes from the center of town. The hotel was really nice and quiet, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. Also loved that there was an eating area in the room, with a table and stools. The bathroom was very clean and looked newly redone, which was a real pleasure. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Cons: I just wish it would be a bit cheaper, but I was actually pleasantly surprised with how nice it was.

Pros: The reception staff, lovely people. They’re the main reason I’m giving this a 10. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you’d need.
