Beautiful room but disappointing stay

Pros: I chose this to be a luxury night before we flew back from JFK the next day after a 10 day trip. It was about 1hr 20mins from the airport so good location for that. The room (junior suite) was beautiful, spacious, nice decor and very comfy bed. Good shower and lovely bathroom. Good meal in the restaurant.

Cons: What the photos completely fail to show is that this is right next to a motorway, so the noise is horrendous leading to a poor night’s sleep. I think that’s misleading. The hotel wasn’t full and yet they put us as close to the road as we could have been which was a strange decision. Reception staff weren’t particularly welcoming or helpful. Our waiter in the restaurant was super. Coffee facilities in the room were poor, only two sachets of decaf coffee, powder creamer and paper cups.

This hotel's unique and classy feel & design made it more of an experience than just a normal hotel

Pros: Staff was friendly....the building itself and design felt very nice and not as cookie-cutter as most hotels. The location was super convenient and parking was also great. The serving staff at breakfast were also great.

Cons: Not much to complain about. I would love to have paid a little less, of course. And a slight annoyance was how loudly all of the hotel room doors close. That's a problem with a lot of hotels but they were especially loud in this hotel. Not a big deal, but just one thing that was a slight bother.

Pros: Very nice breakfast. Food was very tasty and served by very friendly staff

Cons: Air condition unit is quite noisy and had to be turned off during the night

A great neighbourhood and comfortable stay in a modern hotel.

Pros: Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Loved the industrial eclectic feel of the rooms. Trendy lobby and appreciated the attention to detail. Dinner was great at the restaurant. Loved the focus on art. Highly recommend!

Cons: Wasn’t much attention to linen and general presentation of beds. Were clumsy and awkward to sleep in and make up. Needs to be simplified. Bathroom sliding door in our specific room was problematic. Nothing that we couldn’t find a solution for.

Perfect stay other than the bed for me when I woke up in the am.

Pros: The property is beautiful and even smelled great. The staff was so kind

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was a little too hard for me. My husband and I woke up with back pain.

Pros: Lovely, boutique-ish style hotel. Nice decor, comfortable bedding, roomy lobby for lounging. Good drinks at the bar. Close to downtown Nyack. Convenient, free parking.

Cons: The bath towels were disappointing. Why put super cheap towels in that nice bathroom?

A beautiful experience, great place to to stay for your anniversary !

Pros: Property was exceptional, it smells so good inside the building , the hallways and in the rooms , food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful .

Cons: Room service was a bit slow and we couldn’t order food to our room but that was literally the only thing that was less than perfect
