Great hotel!
Pros: Great hotel in a super convenient East Side location – just a quick ride from Avenue A where we went to see a band. Diamond at the front desk gave us the friendliest welcome when we dropped our bags off early; she was genuinely warm, super helpful with directions, and made the pre-check-in bag drop completely seamless. When we returned later, the room was spotless, quiet (a lifesaver after a loud show), and the bed was really comfortable. Strong water pressure in the shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and the complimentary water station and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. All in all, a really solid stay – we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town for a gig!

Lovely little hotel, clean and well maintained room and very friendly staff.
Pros: Very clean room and great to have a fridge and a microwave too. The staff were so friendly every time we left and arrived back at the hotel. Great having iced water and free coffee in the lobby. Never had to wait long for a lift! (Elevator!)
Cons: The room was a little too small for us as we had multiple suitcases as our stay was part of a much longer trip. Not in the greatest of areas in terms of amenities.

A perfect place to rest your head in lower East Manhattan.
Pros: Location and the value for money. I will definitely be coming back to this property. The staff are friendly - it's a really well appointed hotel that is clean - just what you need in NYC!
Cons: The scaffolding outside makes it a little hard to location when you first arrive.

Great location, great staff, comfortable room
Pros: The room was well equipped and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I arrived early so they looked after my case until it was time to check in. The location is very good. Close to subways which got me to the attractions quickly and easily. The only slight downside is the area. Quite a few people begging and appearing under the influence of something. However, there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance so I think I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Very convenient experience
Pros: Cleanliness: The hotel was clean overall, and the rooms were well-maintained with clean towels provided. Location: Perfectly located in Lower East Side, making it super convenient. It's close to many subway stations, dining spots, and other popular places. Everything you need is within reach, and it's a great area to explore. Staff & Service: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even kept an eye on my luggage, which I really appreciated. Their hospitality made my stay more comfortable.
Cons: Honestly, there was nothing specific that I was dissatisfied with. Maybe it could be a bit more affordable, but overall, it was a great experience. :')

Pleasant hotel made for a great stay in Manhattan.
Pros: Firstly, the staff here were excellent - genuinely friendly and professional at all times. They really made a positive impression on my 5-night stay here. Secondly, for a \
Cons: The aircon unit was right next to the desk (which is where I ate), and so was blasted by air whenever it was turned on, which I found a bit irritating. The ironing board needed replacing - it had hard bumps in it that made ironing a little difficult. No overhead ceiling light in the room, so it wasn't possible to have bright light in the room at night or with the blinds closed. Ultimately these were only minor issues - so I've knocked a point off. Also, it should be noted that the area feels quite unsavory, particularly at night. There are lot of vagrants, addicts and otherwise underprivileged folk hanging out around this section of Delancey St and it might feel quite intimidating to anyone who isn't accustomed to this. I've been to NYC many times so this didn't bother me and I never had any incident. But just bear this in mind - it's not a slight on the hotel itself.
