Pros: rooms beautifully decorated bathroom well appointed lobby restaurant xcellent quality location super for soho area

Cons: upon arrival into the room there was a smell of fresh paint that didnt go away for a few days and it was bothersome.

Pros: The staff went above and beyond during our stay - always helpful and friendly Incredible breakfast Beautiful comfortable rooms Luxurious bathrooms

Cons: There weren't really dislikes just perhaps paying attention to the light bleed that still comes in from electronics and gaps in curtains

Pros: The hotel staff was extremely friendly to me and my pet. The room had a bed, bowls and a blanket for my pet. the hotel provided privacy and a safe space for me and my pet's needs.
