Pros: High level service, very nice and courteous staff. The hotel location is excellent. We had a large and comfortable room, the room service and cleanliness of the room was excellent.

Cons: The room lacked a coffee maker (very basic and common even in simpler hotels). The hotel lobby and the corridor of the room floors were a bit simple and cheap for my taste.

Pros: Nicely located and lovely design touch. Comfortable rooms with nice surface.

Cons: Soundproofing room doors to avoid noise from hallway. Small gym with booking only.

Pros: Very expensive!!!! It was not worth it. The staff was incredible but it is not enough to justify such an expensive price

Next level service at the top of it's game.

Pros: Everything. The attention to detail was exceptional & the team displayed outstanding customer service. The best example of this was on arrival by taxi, my card was rejected for payment & I didn't have sufficient cash. Doorman Jacob suddenly appeared & paid with his own money to settle the fair. Just incredible!
