Probably the best value for money I have ever stayed in NYC! (I've been there 25+ times)

Pros: Location is 100%! The rooms aren't enormous but hey, it's NYC. No rooms are big!

Cons: I really couldn't fault my stay.

Even better than expected. The area has much more charm and character than Midtown.

Pros: The shower was massive. The neighbourhood was amazing – so full of character, amazing shops, bars and restaurants, and great location near China Town, Little Italy, the East Village, and Williamsburg Bridge.

Cons: The heating system in the room was somewhat confusing.

Practical and beautiful!

Pros: Everything was excellent in my stay. This is the third time I go, and the location and services are super comfortable. The team supported me with everything I needed, even received packages that I sent that arrived perfectly and were delivered also perfectly. The place is beautiful and practical. Thank you so much!

Cons: The room is very small no place to unpack suitcase no place to hang cloths Toilet not good no privacy Noise from street all night long Ac very noisy you can sleep with it and freezing without it The best thing in the hotel is 1. Amazing staff I have ever came across 2. Wonderful location between soho to little Italy very chic and comfortable for those areas

The perfect spot

Pros: Location of the Hotel is perfect. So many nice restaurants, bars and coffee places within walking distance! Super nice to explore. The room was lovely and cleaning always on point. And great praise to the staff - always welcoming us with a smile, super professional, friendly, and really kind!

Pros: Great location, lovely hotel, nice rooms, most staff were fantastic

Cons: One staff member overnight was a bit rude for no reason. I asked for some toilet paper at midnight and it seemed to be a huge inconvenience for him and he was pretty rude (I don't remember his name).

Lovely hotel great location and helpful staff.

Pros: Staff were super helpful. Room was a good standard and clean. Loved the location and our balcony had an amazing view!

Cons: Bed was quite hard and the lighting in the room was difficult to manage (automatic lights wouldn’t turn off). Couldn’t get wifi to work in the room but the staff were very helpful in trying to resolve.
