No need to look elsewhere in New York, you can't go wrong here,

Pros: A very warm welcome upon arrival, and friendly hi and salutes everyday from everyone! The desk and cleaning personal ar far above standard with their genuine kindness and so refreshing smile at every encounter. Home feeling. Location is fantastic and close to subway, many restaurants around and Soho, Little Italy and China Town at very reasonable walking distance. Don't hesitate, it's the place to go when visiting Big Apple. Oh and the lovely attention; some delights and coffee in the morning at the reception :)

Cons: No fridge and the ventilation a bit noisy, but one get used to it ;)

A perfect week in New York.

Pros: For us this is the perfect spot. Quiet in the morning. On the edge of Soho. A minutes walk from Canal St a busy subway hub. Bars and restaurants all around. Staff are great. Consistent for a number of years. Standard rooms are not large but you are only really sleeping there.

Cons: We could have paid more and had a bigger room. We chose not to.

Pros: Great location and friendly staff. We found this hotel last minute, and have no regrets! They have little complimentary baked goods at the reception each day. The room was surprisingly spacious for NY.

Cons: The AC was rattling and after a day we came back to find the bathtub drain not working as smoothly anymore. But overall, nothing to complain about!

Fantastic boutique hotel

Pros: Central location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Complimentary coffee and pastries each morning in the lobby.

Cons: Nothing. Return to this property every year when we visit NYC.

Great Spot, Just Wish the Beds Were Softer.-

Pros: The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. This was my second time staying here, and I would definitely come back. I believe the price is reasonable, and I absolutely love SoHo — it has everything you need to enjoy NYC!

Cons: The beds are very hard — that’s my only comment.
