Staff were extremely pleasant and the room was comfortable.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: There was no restaurant for dinner, and no places to eat within walking distance. Thankfully, a local Chinese restaurant delivered to the hotel.

Pros: Very near the airport which was brilliant and with their shuttle service that runs on time, it was very convenient. Breakfast too was good and feeling, room was cleaned daily honestly cant complain.

Cons: One of the ladies preparing breakfast was always moody when asked a simple question like what time is breakfast, she can at least fake a smile.

Pros: Very spacious, close to NYC and the stuff we wanted to see in NJ. Had a pool

Pros: Appreciated the shuttle service to and from airport. Warm welcome on arrival and Gloria’s service and friendliness on departure. Choice and variety of breakfast menu a plus. We Love your porridge with extras to dress!

Cons: Our stay was short but it was a window to excellent customer service.

Pros: We checked I at 2 am and rhe receptionist was very welcoming. The snacks at the desk for the kids was a plus also. Breakfast was simple and good. I was pleased with it.

Cons: The bathroom was a little old and outdated and rhe carpet was not the cleanest.

Pros: This hotel was an excellent choice. It is conveniently located close to the airport, which made traveling very easy. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons: However, one downside is that the hotel is not well connected to public transportation. To get to the nearby mall or even to the airport, you need to take a private taxi, which can be a bit inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel for its comfort and cleanliness
