Great Place to Stay

Pros: Our stay was good and room was big with comfy beds.

Cons: The TVs in the room are a bit old and outdated. Could do with an improvement. Also, the parking is not free and was charge approx 27 USD per night.

Good option for an overnight stay when using Newark airport.

Pros: Great location for airport and airport shuttle was great. Pleasant staff, barman very friendly, food and rooms good.

For a short stay - okay

Pros: Friendly Staff - breakfast was delicious - rooms are big

Cons: Long check in queue - public transport (bus) to Newark Penn station is not running often and often late - rooms are quite old - bathroom was quite old & used

Pros: Thanks a lot for the shuttle bus ride to the airport (J ) Good service and nice rooms. there was a nice scent in the hallways.

Pros: The price - quality is excellent. In my case, the rate included breakfast and it was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and shuttle airport - hotel - airport is nice.

Cons: The staff is not helpful and supportive. Special in the front desk.

Fulfilling

Pros: Good space in the room, fantastic breakfast, very helpful and professional staff

Cons: Tried to go for an evening jog. No side walks in the roads around the hotel.

Pros: I arrived before noon and the wonderful front desk staff let me check in early.

Polite staff and comfy beds. All you could need on a short layover.

Pros: Great stay overall! Staff were straightforward and knowledgeable. Beds were comfy and clean. My coffee maker was a bit dirty, but the housecleaning services came up right away and replaced the whole item! Quick, caring responses. The atrium was a great place to check emails / use your computer, with multiple charging ports and a selection of seats.

Cons: I had booked, knowing I could purchase breakfast for $16 (as confirmed by my email), but was then told that the cost would be $24. A bit annoying not to honor the proof of receipt, but the staff were apologetic and polite.

We had a very lovely stay.

Pros: Closeness to the Newark Airport; Airport shuttle service efficient & friendly; Very regular room cleaning. Good breakfast Very efficient elevator system

Cons: The phone in the room not connecting to reception or operator; Teenage lodger running down corridor and making lots on noise. Shower gel not refilled during room cleaning. Cleaning staff not able to communicate in English.

Pros: Really big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Downstairs, restaurant, pool area is lovely, very grand and well kept.
