Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. (Free shuttle service to the airport!)

Cons: The neighborhood is not so pretty. No restaurants around (walking distance).

Pros: Very good value for money. Absolute perfect view from apartment towards Manhattan.

Cons: Unreliable public transportation close to the hotel we used every day of stay.

Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, they stored our bags for free after we checked out and waiting for the flight, and also provided free airport shuttle! I’m impressed.

Cons: Cleanness of the room. There were some hairs left in the bathroom and bed sheets.

Great for a short stay on a budget

Pros: Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was included, though on my last morning it was late. I was in Newark for a concert so the hotel served its purpose for that well enough. It was pretty quiet during my stay.

Cons: There isn’t much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. I ended up just getting uber eats on most nights for dinner. It’s fine if you have a car, but I don’t drive so getting out and about was a bit tricky. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel tho and the bus goes close enough to Penn station if you wanna go to NYC.

Pros: Was staying here to see Jin of BTS in Prudential Center. Staff are so nice and was so excited to have so many BTS ARMYs staying at the hotel! They were even playing BTS' music at the front desk! The complimentary breakfast is so good and so many options to choose from! The shuttle from airport was so convenient and the drivers are so friendly as well! Will definitely stay here again when I get the chance to come back!

Affordable and clean

Pros: Has everything you need including microwave, coffee machine .

Cons: Was charged again after making a paying a week before , it was booking .com fault . The staff were very helpful and nice .
