Pros: Great location for buses to NYC. Clean venue. Staff super friendly

Cons: AC could get way too cold and was loud. Housekeeping didn’t top up the toilet roll so almost ran out. Snacks and drinks at reception way too expensive.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean. Parking on site was no problem. The breakfast was good. Overall great value. Met my expectations. Great location if you want to visit MetLife Stadium and the surrounding area. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times.

Pros: The staff, the cleanliness and the environment. Bus stop right outside the hotel.

Cons: The hotel doesn’t have a proper restaurant which doesn’t allow a proper dining experience.

Good Hotel with perfect location. But no commitment

Pros: Location of hotel is really good as you can get direct bus to times square. Port authority bus stop. 167Q. Which is really convenient to move around

Cons: As a Hilton property, they must prove their commitment towards customer. As we reach hotel at 3pm which is our check in time. But the room was not ready. And they ask some more time. So we left and roamed around and came back at 6 pm. Even we were so tiered as we took 15 hours flight to reach new york and more 3 hours to reach hotel Once we are back at the hotel at 6 pm again, they ask for more time. Which make me burst on them

Nice & Cozy stay

Pros: Breakfast was alright but we loved location as we stayed in around greenery far from bustling cities but because of direct bus to new York it made our stay quite convenient, I would specially like to appreciate staff who were quite supportive & accomodating, specially Felix who is very welcoming & warm & kind. Keep up the good work

A short, comfortable stay

Pros: The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Felix, the receptionist and Antonio, the breakfast waiter were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaners were very attentive. It's a bit out of the way to visit NY, but this is made up for by the bus stop in front of the hotel where the bus comes every hour.
