Transport to NY was long and expensive

Pros: Bed was comfortable Room a good size Staff in restaurant were excellent

Cons: Check in. They couldn’t find my booking for 20 minutes even though you had sent me a reminder that morning to check in online if desired

Our stay was beyond our expectations..we will definitely book this hotel again when in NYC!!

Pros: The hotel was beautiful..great location..super easy to travel into NYC, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, staff was so kind and helpful, hotel was spotless..we traveled with our boys and they loved it as well

Amazing stay!

Pros: I like everything from check-in until check out times. My room was spacious with an expectacular view of the big city, clean and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was incredible since I found great variety such as fresh cut fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, and home potatoes. The best part was that the chef made me an omelet.
