Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck/Glenpointe

Pros: I liked the room, the bed is large, it has a fridge, hair dryer and iron and stand. The AC is good. I enjoy the scrambled eggs at breakfast and my son likes the waffles.

Cons: The bed cover was a thin blanket and it was small. Variety of breakfast is poor for hot food. I had to book a full extra day as they do not allow late check outs.

Very relaxing, perfect locations. Bus tickets costs only $5.30 one way.

Pros: The suit was very spacious and super clean. The service was done every day. All staff members were very friendly and helpful

Cons: The transport from New York back to the hotel. The drivers are not helpful at all, very angry all the time. When you coming back from NYC always ask for tickets to zone 3 and ask to stop next to the hotel.

Absolutely amazing feelings after staying in this good hotel.

Pros: Very good personal of a hotel, clean, warm and very good breakfast! Location - absolutely comfortable express bus 167 to Manhattan! Price is 10$ - in two ways!

Cons: Water in bathroom sink or cold or very hot, Shower curtains very short, water goes on the floor from shower.

Pros: Great Value & Comfortable Stay I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service — both at the front desk and from the housekeeping team — was excellent. There's convenient on-site parking and a laundry room for guests. The breakfast included in the rate was rich and tasty — I just wish there were some fresh vegetables available. There’s also a lovely outdoor area with seating, perfect for enjoying a takeaway meal. The location is great — close to major highways, convenience stores, and just a few minutes from the George Washington Bridge. Overall, excellent value for the price. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros: Convinient location if you have a car. Free parking. Nice breakfast . Great friendly staff. Comfy bed. Spacious room.

Cons: No bathrobe and sneekers if you want to go to the swimming pool.

Great facility but could do better.

Pros: The room was 1st class; comfortable, spacious and with comfortable beds. Cleanliness was excellent. Lighting bright and flexible. Room cleaned and freshened well, every day.

Cons: Breakfast; only one toast machine is a disaster. Everybody gets stuck behind it and a queue quickly builds. Not enough food variety such as cheese and croissants and muesli. Hotel doesn’t respond to emails even when sent on the website. We sent an email ahead of visit asking for advice about how to travel from JFK to hotel. No one ever replied and we paid massive yellow cab fare because Hotel never informed us of efficient and cheap 167T bus to NY and cheap AirTrain from NY.

This was a return trip and I hope there will be more.

Pros: I requested a room with a walk in shower and was given that room. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bulb was dim and a desk lamp was missing. Both were taken care of immediately.

Cons: I would love to see another chair in a room set up for 2 people.

Perfect place to stay in for businessmen

Pros: Everything was perfect. Room was spacious, clean very well equipped. Bed is excellent and comfy. View from room was more than excellent.

Cons: Nothing. All was good.

Comfortable, new, great service and cleanliness

Pros: The hotel is new, the cleanliness is impeccable, the room has great space with a beautiful view, attentive staff and a varied breakfast and the location is very good as it is close to highways that lead to NY and other cities.

Cons: Not enough space to park if the hotel is full, depending on the day and time you may have to leave your car nearby

Pros: Personal was great, breakfast was ok, room was clean, bed comfortable. We are happy.
