Pros: The staff was very helpful & the breakfast was good.

Cons: Trying to get to it off the express way. Couldn't find the driveway. Drove pass twice until we noticed it.

Room was very comfortable, quiet and warm. Did not need to turn heat on.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. It was pleasant to come to a nice room after driving all day. Front desk was friendly.

Cons: The plugs and cell phone jacks didn't work by the bed, I had to plug in on the tv console.

Excellent customer service

Pros: It was very clean, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was also a plus. Because our room was cold, we had to request a change in room. Even though we had already unpacked, I must say that they changed our room without hesitation and expediently, which was very pleasant and not frustrating as it could have turned out.

Cons: The only thing that made the stay not so great was that our initial room was very cold, no matter how high we increased the heat. The plus side, though, was that they were able to change our room to one where the heat fully functioned, which, in the end, made it all good.

The hotel was very beautiful! Not too much to complain about. I would recommend and will stay again if I’m in the area.

Pros: Forgive me if I got her name wrong but Sienna at the front desk was EXCELLENT!! Very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

Cons: The bed I slept in was very squeaky and the complimentary breakfast was not up to par.

Great location, nice people, clean

Pros: Location was great, felt safe. Breakfast was very good. Staff spoke English very well. Pool was clean.

Cons: Traffic was loud and woke me up a few times and the auto fan didn't stay on

Pros: What did I like about the property? I love the people at the front desk. They were very nice.

Cons: One thing I don’t like about the property is the entrance and the exit to the hotel

Overall I wnjoyedmy stay and the beds were really comfortable!

Pros: Everything was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly

Cons: The location of the hotel is terrible, I missed the exit twice because it’s on the highway in a merging lane and it’s always busy. I wish they entended the entrance farther down the road

Pros: Staff was friendly. Not a ton of ppl in the breakfast area easy to get breakfast and find a seat. Coffee always on. Had some things at the desk complimentary that we'd forgotten, paper plates, napkins, toothbrushes. Easy to get to but hard to get into/out of the parking lot.
