Our first holiday in NYC

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

Cons: The fact that there no way to walk to the nearest bus stop. The amount spent on taxi/uber/lyft was a bit too much.

Pros: Pleasant hotel Friendly staff Good breakfast options Cafe manager Hendre was brilliant as we weren't aware that there were other breakfast options rather than the buffet. All the staff were friendly and polite It's under refurbishment but I will want to stay again once these have been completed.

Cons: Lack of housekeeping Carpets had not been hoovered till mentioned No clean towels per day only upon request No shuttle to city or transfer from airport available

Pros: The hotel staff was great; the layout of the hotel is nice, the hotel store was so convenient and had great items. The full bar tv and breakfast buffets was amazing.

Cons: The weight room was too small and had minimal equipment. It was also very cold in there. The pool was out of order. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool and weight room. The outside area near the pool area was full of trash! Someone needs to do a better job keeping it tidy.
