Amazing stay

Pros: Very friendly staff, the room was great with an amazing view of Manhattan.

Cons: Far away from Manhattan, you need to take a ferry which is not that cheap... but it does not depend on the hotel itself.

Perfect place to stay if visiting NYC for first time -quite place

Pros: Location is just perfect to the sky line view and ferry to Manhattan is so handy

Pros: Perfectly located next to the ferry. Big room, nice big bathroom and comfortable bed. Stunning view of NYC skyline

Cons: AC was extremely loud so could not use it during the night.

As always a pleasure though broken lift cost a bit of time.

Pros: I just love this hotel. Very comfortable hotel and though traffic can be difficult, the hotel can be reached without too much traffic stress. Parking is easy and affordable. Ofcourse the biggest advantage of this hotel is the location across the water from Manhattan. Step outside the hotel, directly into the harbor and take the ferry to Manhattan. In weekends even available until after midnight. In less than 10 minutes you are in Manhattan and 20 minutes of walking you are on Times Square. Beats having the stress and the costs of parking a car in Manhattan.

Cons: It is just bad luck, but 1 elevator was not working. 1 elevator is just not enough, especially if it is somewhat crowded. I am also not sure about the ice machine. I could not get ice from it although it could be me not understanding the machine.

Pros: Very good location directly at the ferry terminal. View of Manhattan. Friendly staff. From NYC or back: Price Ferry 10 USD each way

Pros: Perfect view of Manhattan Skyline. Great location to start a trip to NYC. Ferry directly in front of the Hotel. Great Breakfast and Cool Bar/Restaurant.

Convenient location

Pros: Great location at the Hudson River. Breakfast is great, but no gluten-free options even with early requests. Service was fast unless busy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cons: During our recent stay, we encountered an unfortunate situation at check-in. Our adult son requested a private room with a river view, but the receptionist responded inappropriately, making assumptions about our financial status. This unprofessional behavior left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. We believe that all guests deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background.

Pros: It‘s the excellent hotel. Before I arrive, I send messages about simple questions and they answered 2 weeks later. While I stayed they forgot to clean coffee machine 3 times. Sometimes they forgot pillows to put on bed. Their services are really perfect.
