A great boutique NYC hotel that felt like home away from home.
Pros: For a New York City hotel, the room was impressively spacious, and the mattress was easily the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I stayed for a week during the January snowstorm and felt extremely comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after throughout my stay. The hotel is in a prime location, within easy walking distance of many key areas, and I felt safe and secure at all times.
Cons: Understandably it’s a boutique hotel - however, the lack of room service or food service on the premises is a slight miss.

Overall, great value for money and a decent sized, tastefully kitted out room.
Pros: Room size was great for NYC. Great location too. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfy and was the neatest, most crease free bed I've ever seen. Top marks!
Cons: Only downside was there wasn't a lounge/communal space to enjoy, other than the front reception area, which was lovely, just not very relaxing. I appreciate in warmer months there is a courtyard and space to the front of the hotel but in the colder months you cannot use.

Chelsea is amazing and this hotel is divine - loved the history and the light touch “refurb” which has kept the old sch
Pros: Excellent location with beautifully chosen quirky artwork and vintage pieces. Room was generously sized with wonderful tall windows. Loved the building completely! And possibly the most comfortable bed of all time.
Cons: Having no tea/coffee/water available in the room felt a little stingy.

Classic and rooms are decent sized.
Pros: Love this hotel. Staff is great, low key and really skilled. It is old school and yeah, some faded elements, but super clean and has panache. Love the robes!

Muito Bom!
Pros: Quarto espaçoso, cama e lençóis super confortáveis
Cons: Senti falta de iluminação nos armários, cofee machine nos quartos, frigobar funcionando. Contudo nossa estadia foi muito boa e escolheria novamente o The High Line Hotel para me hospedar.

Pros: Long awaited stay the aesthetic is immaculate. The location is unbeatable even in winter. The bed was so comfortable that our adderall and booze infused bender ended the second our heads hit the pillow. The hotel is small but even the cheapest room was spacious with beautiful furniture. No details went amiss - repurposed school desks, old books over the fireplace. The mood takes you instantly back in time. Even my husband didn’t turn on the provided tv - a first in our travels.
Cons: The building is obviously older so there are creaks and moans and things can be clearly heard through the halls. I would recommend bringing a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. Also a huge peeve is when a 5 star hotel only provides ONE PLY TOILET PAPER in the rooms. It seems silly but when every detail is perfect and the TP overlooked is annoying to me, especially charging the prices that they do. Otherwise everything was immaculate.

Excellent location, great room, terrific bed and shower!
Pros: The bedding and mattress were extraordinarily comfortable. The location was terrific. Very easy to get in and out. Fun to have the coffee bar in the lobby.
Cons: The sofa in our room slanted backward and because of that was uncomfortable to sit on. The bathroom could benefit from one more shelf.
