Pros: I like the room it was very nice and clean. Liked that it included breakfast in the morning that was a plus for me.

Cons: I wish it had a smart tv for visitors to put on Netflix or anything they like to watch. A little bit outdated on the tv with regular channels.

Pros: Great staff from start to finish, breakfast had great options, beds were comfortable, pool was heated and large!

Cons: It wasn't the cleanest-dust bunnies on the floor, the shower drain was dirty, the room was very compact-not the worst thing though!

Would stay there again

Pros: Staff friendly and nice. Was there in a snowstorm and driveway and sidewalks already cleared. Very clean

Pleasant, and just minutes away from Jack Frost Ski Resort!

Pros: The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The complimentary coffee available in the lobby was exceptional, and most definitely a perfect way to start the day. The location was PERFECT and just a short drive away from various restaurants, local supermarkets, as well as Jack Frost Ski Resort. The entire staff was very welcoming, attentive to detail, and willing to go above and beyond to meet all of our needs. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Cons: While the stay had its merits, the bathroom fell short of expectations. The lack of adequate towel racks was inconvenient, and the shower water temperature was inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable heat.

Always a great stay

Pros: Our stay here was perfect. The rooms are so clean. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. Attendant was quick with replenishing food. It was very clean in the breakfast area also. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful.. This is why we always stay here when in the area.

Cons: The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was not filled. We picked the hotel so my 4 year old could swim and we were so disappointed it was so cold. Also the refrigerator placement is so close to the bed you could not open it.
