Candlewood Suites NYC -Times Square by IHG

I really liked everything, everything was wonderful and convenient. We would be happy to come back again. But please fix

Pros: Excellent hotel, great location. Times Square is a 5-minute walk away. The subway and bus station are nearby. The room is quiet, warm, and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is excellent.

Cons: Everything is great! But the elevator is a nightmare.

Pros: Easy checkin and checkout and friendly service team. Big refrigerator in apartment. A little gym is available.

Cons: Kitchen could be better equipped but it is sufficient to prepare small meals.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located near the bus and train terminal which made getting around extremely easy. Plus, it's within walking distance to a lot of main attractions and stores. Complimentary coffee, tea, and some baked treats were a lovely touch. The free laundry service was great because I could wash my clothes and didn't need to overpack or buy new clothes. The elevator worked fine and was quick enough, the staff were highly responsive and kept our delivery packages until we collected them. Heating worked well and couldn't hear any external noise.

Cons: The housekeeping could have done a better job with cleaning the bedroom carpet. The hotel and fixtures are quite dated, but is similar to what is shown in the pictures so no complaints.

Great location

Pros: Great location and really handy to have a kitchen.

Cons: Room service was hit/miss at times. The rooms could do with some updating.

Pros: Well equipped kitchen in the room Windows can be opened for airing Great location Free water and Coffee spot on the lobby floor

Cons: One of two elevators was out of service which was causing lines and long waiting time to get to the room

A good hotel to stay.

Pros: Specious room with semi equipped kitchenette. Great location. Room was quiet during our stay and we had fantastic view from the top floor. There was tea/coffee machine at the grout level for everyone to use.

Cons: It could be better decorated. The walls need fresh painting. Kitchenette could be better equipped. The queue to the lift was long and the lift could only take 4 people.

A great hotel in a wonderful location

Pros: Excellent location , friendly staff. Liked the access to coffee and other refreshments 24/7 and the room was spacious and clean.

Cons: We reported an issue regarding maintenance trying to enter the room in the night and received no feedback or follow up to our concerns .

Will almost certainly be booking another stay at Candlewood Suites

Pros: Thank you for a very nice stay it exceeded our expectations for our set budget. Also, the complimentary coffees, teas and cookies and muffins was an exceptional bonus. Reception staff were very helpful indeed. Thank you!

Cons: The bath tub and toilet were a little low which didn’t help because of back and hip problems; but overall the room was excellent and roomy!

Pros: great location, clean and comfy. staff were in the ball with issues

Perfect for the money

Pros: Good location. Washing machine. Unlimited free coffee and tea. Free cookies in the morning. You could buy basic food in the lobby like a mini store. Room was good in size.
