Pros: What we loved most about the hotel was the variety of entertainment options. We had mountain hikes, a water park, arcade games, bowling, and delicious restaurants inside.

Cons: I didn't like the price for Snow Tubing $70 per person, including per child. I think that's expensive!

Pros: Nice big room, clean, bank beds for the kids were very comfortable, water park is great

Cons: Air conditioning made a very loud noise

Pros: Everything was amazing! The staff was very friendly, and they allowed us to enjoy the water park starting at 11 a.m., well before the 4 p.m. check-in, and for the entire day after check-out. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with very affordable prices. Best place for kids and families!

We had fun with friends however our dining and tuning experience were not great.

Pros: We liked that there were many options for people who do not ski such as tubing, indoor water park and arcade. We were happy that our room was ready before 4:00 and that there was activities in the lobby for kids.

Cons: This was my first time at Camelback and although we had a good time with friends l, I am not sure that we will be back. The tubing was fun but overcrowded because only 1 belt was working to bring you to the top. We really couldn’t get our money worth because it was just too crowded to be able to go up many times. The restaurant Trails End service was terrible. When we arrived out tables were not set up. We had to push tables together ourselves. Our waitress was very nice but we were a party of 30 and she had no help. It took 45 minutes to get adult drinks. Water pitchers weren’t filled and kids didn’t get drinks they ordered. So much time passed before we got food and Not all food came out at once. We made reservations far in advance and it seemed as though the restaurant was under staffed for such a busy time. Our waitress did the best she could u set the circumstances.

Pros: The design and decoration of the room. The helpfui staff. The indoor water park. The outddor water park at the facility was great.

Cons: The room did not have a coffee maker. There was only one type of very high pillow. I would have preferred the option of a flatter pillow. My reservation was changed by Priceline from 5 to 3 people causing their quoted original price to be incorrect. This ended up costing me an extra $100.00 dollars.

This was a great stay and I plan to visit again.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was great but pretty pricey. Although a few restaurants weren’t available there were several options available. The rooms with balconies were amazing, especially 4th floor and above with views of ski lifts. There were enough activities to consume your time (water park, tubing, skiing, arcade, escape room, etc.)

Cons: Kids (teens) playing in the hallways. Security had to be called to resolve the situation. No further incidents noted.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Right next to ski slope. Waterpark was great as it was below 10 degrees outside
