Great convenient location with friendly staff

Pros: Greeted by very friendly reception staff. Room size was great convenient free parking Breakfast was satisfactory, nothing fancy but served by lovely friendly staff

Relaxing place with great staff

Pros: This is one of the most charming hotel in this location. We really love rich breakfast, clean rooms and really kind employees. There was a great place to park our rented car. So I can recommend this hotel.

Cons: I can't find anything what was bad.

Pros: THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME, ROOM CLEAN. VERY INVITING WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

Cons: THE POOL IN THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLOUDY---WAS NOT INVITING. ALSO, ON THE WEBSITE ITS SHOWS A JAZUZZI. THAT IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS WHY I CHOSE YOUR HOTEL. SO THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING

Pros: The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. I like that this hotel was close to camelback mountain resort and shops. Staff was nice a free breakfast was pretty good

Cons: The wi-fi was spotty and it made watching tv difficult when trying to log on to apps.

Overall, as usual, a very good stay! I will continue to stay at Holiday Inn when I come to the Pocon

Pros: Breakfast bar was very adequate, clean. I felt safe. The staff, especially Pablo, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a problem with a coffee maker for two days. Once he was made aware of situation, it was taken care of in less than ten minutes. He was also always friendly. A real asset to Holiday Inn!

Cons: Housekeeping seems to have a small problem. They never seemed to get everything right. One day we were left with 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper. Another day no hand towels. One day by 4;00 no room service. So I went down to front desk and got my own. At around 5:15-5:30 I was in bathroom, with door open, and a male enters the room. He says, oh , sorry and is gone! After two attempts to call front desk with no answer went down and reported the incident. The female clerk said well housekeeping was still working.

All things considered I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Pros: This is an excellent facility at a reasonable price.

Cons: Here are a few nits to pick: There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk. Said there would be a two day. Wait before I could get a phone in the room. There were absolutely no directions as to how to use the television set remote. The property needs to put together a quick and dirty info sheet on how to use the remote. Had to go all the way down to the front desk to ask them how to use it.
