Amazing place to stay

Pros: The staff is very friendly. Very good structure, nice place to stay during cold and rain days on the 3rd floor. The rooms are pretty nice. And the elevators are very efficient.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Great location, excellent building staff very friendly will definitely stay again and would recommend.

Pros: The location was ideal in Downtown where we felt very safe and it was easy to get around with subway right there.

Spactacular view, beautiful rooms, could be a bit cleaner

Pros: The views are spectacular. Also loved the layout and design of the rooms and the furniture, very cosy. And loved the americano-coffee-machine. Friendly staff members, felt at home.

Cons: Breakfast-situation (not really a buffet), but because we/I usually don‘t eat in the hotel, that wasn‘t a big deal. Also the room was here and there a bit filthy, that was a bit a downer. But still loved the room.

Wonderful location, stunning view from the room

Pros: The location is fantastic. Many attractions are within a few minutes walk, and the ones further away are also easy to get to by subway. The view from the rooms is stunning and unforgettable.

Cons: There was no kettle, but we got it on request. There is no microwave in the whole building, which would have been important to heat my baby's food, so not so baby friendly. The air conditioner was very loud and the noise of the elevator can be heard in the room. Overall it was a good experience.

Pros: I got a deluxe corner king room. It was very spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was functional, and it has a bathtub. The staff has always been very helpful throughout my stay. Right when I arrived tired after a long flight, they upgraded my room to a higher floor so I could enjoy a great view of the city.

Cons: The bathtub is quite small, and the timer on the light in the bathroom is a bit short to be able to enjoy the bath. There should be a way to lock the light on.

Amazing hotel brilliant location ! Get the high floor rooms for the view

Pros: Property was clean modern and well sized rooms for New York. View was absolutely epic overlooking 9/11 memorials , Hudson River & one world tower. Was a very comfortable stay.

Cons: Very little. Only minor issue for us was the tip was already included in the cafe drinks food area which we didn’t know and tipped again. Also the room service food came as a take away with take away cutlery cups and no plates etc. For the charge and price we were disappointed could have sat somewhere nice for the price we paid but was convenient on the last day before checkout

Pros: i loved all about the place. The view , the staff and the cleaning was fantastic. We were happy enough to even consider staying days in there and chill as it was so comfy and warm during the period we stayed when outside was so cold :D..

Cons: Some guests which stayed in other rooms were shouting very late at night and waking us up very often. 3 days in a row was shouting and we woke up couple of times because of it. We did not complain but it was not pleasant to be able hear someone shouting at 3-4am .

Amazing definitely the place to stay in manhattan

Pros: Great location directly opposite the trade center, amazing views from the room, subway right outside the hotel, the rooms are very big for a manhattan hotel and were cleaned everyday house keeping were superb and the staff were very friendly

Cons: The gym could of had slightly more equipment but thats just me being picky i guess

Pros: The hotel is perfect location very near subway to get everywhere, walking distance to brooklyn bridge, China Town

Cons: Restaurant would be better than just tapas
