Pros: Good location, nice bar and restaurant. Hotel was clean and warm.

Cons: Sofa bed seemed to be designed to be as uncomfortable as possible.

Pros: Like coming home again!! Love the location and the spacious rooms! The reception staff is always friendly and helpfull! Shout out to Tabitha and Johnny who will always make your stay worthwile!

Great place for a business trip.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable and well located for workplaces in Washington Boulevard in Jersey City. The bar/restaurant serves decent food making it a good option for a work trip, and the hotel has good facilities.

Cons: Prices are on the high-side but in-line with the NYC/JS markets that have gone crazy.

Cons: No showers at the gym which with a 11am checkout and a depart to the airport at 3pm would have been nice.

Cons: I requested the sofa bed however on arrival it was not prepared. Once I called reception they were quick to bring up the linen required for the sofa bed. The breakfast was not good and extremely overpriced.

Pros: Hotel is quite new and has a fair breakfast selection.

Cons: I find still a bit expensive for an outside manhattan hotel

Great stay in Jersey City.

Pros: For a small extra fee per night we had a 12th floor room with a superb view over NYC! We 2 PATH stations in a 5 minute walk it is easy to get into the City. Nice to have free coffee in the morning at the restaurant. On site parking with unlimited in/out.

Cons: The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The springs pierced your back, even for the kids. Consider an extra layer on the bed to make it better.

Great stay

Pros: The room was big and confortable. The hotel was very close to grocery stores and most importantly to the Path station!!! A big mall is just a few minutes away on foot with many options of shopping and restaurants.

Cons: The sofa bed leave much to be desired.

Pros: Really nice room, view and very comfortable. Location also was great with easy access to the beach.

Cons: The breakfast is very limited! Also, I had a very uncomfortable situation where I booked the hotel with breakfast included (and l’ve paid much more for it) and at the end of my stay, extra fees and charges related to the breakfast were included on my bill. Well, I discussed it previously with the hotel manager, who explained about the roles of the hotel and about a voucher to be spent during the breakfast (but never mentioned during our check-in or in my reservation). After proving that my booking was booked with “full breakfast included” and nothing was being mentioned in the hotel T&C’s, the manager apologised for the situation and replied me via email saying that extra costs would be removed from our bill. However, I faced the same issue and conversation at my checkout. So, be alert about what you are booking and paying in the end. Sometimes we fall into traps without knowing it.
