Location, Clean, helpfull staff.

Pros: Canopy by Hilton Jersey City was great. It was close to the metro and 20 min to 32 street and 7 min to Ground zero. Lot of restaurants close to the Hotel. Easy to take taxi to the airport. Can recommend this hotel.

Excellent

Pros: The room had a lot of space. The hotel was 10m away from the PATH train to Manhattan. Also very central, not far from nice restaurants and the waterfront with the view on the Manhattan's skyline. Very practical to go and visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island since the ferry from Jersey City is usually far less busy than the one from Manhattan.

Cons: I forgot my phone cable in the room. I came back a few days later to see if they had found it. The cleaning staff said they hadn't. There is no doubt on my side I left it behind in the room. It would have been great if the hotel could secure a lost and found items process.

Pros: Reasonably priced and good quality hotel for family holiday in New York. Only a short train ride into Manhattan. District has a safe and vibrant feel

Cons: The check in was not efficient, could be refined. Parking on the streets around the hotel the staff were not clear on the regulations

Great location and comfortable room

Pros: Excellent location - right next to the PATH into Manhattan. Plenty of choices nearby for food and drinks. Hotel room was a great size and very comfortable.

Stylish hotel in what could be a convenient location

Pros: Comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 older teens. Very stylish hotel, with quirkly fixtures and fittings. Great bathroom -and particularly liked the sliding door between the entry lobby / bathroom area and the sleeping area. Too jetlagged to care about beds and pillows - but we slept well s o must have been comfortable! Potentially a great location (see below re PATH issue). Drive-through access so great for loading and unloading taxis and rideshares.

Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but if the PATH isn't running (all lines suspended when we arrived) it is tricky (and expensive) to get to. I think with more time (and if it hadn't been -9C/20F) we might have been able to make alternative plans. I'd still consider staying here again for an extended NYC trip.
