Really lovely hotel situated in a perfect location.

Pros: The staff at the breakfast area - although extremely busy - were always very nice and welcoming and good at their job. They were very efficient each day. The breakfast was really lovely each day.

Cons: The ladies at reception were not very helpful, not welcoming at all and were mostly, downright rude. Upon arrival I made a comment about the upcoming snow storm and I got a dirty look as if I shouldn't be making small talk. The front desk let the hotel down. The rest of the hotel is very good.

Very nice hotel room with outstanding view on Manhattan.

Pros: Magnificient view on Manhattan, very neat and clean room.

Cons: Not much. Only transport to NYC from Newport - though quite good theoretically - proved a little difficult as PATH connections underwent renovations during our stay, resulting in few, slow and overcrowded trains.

Pros: Very quiet and relaxing environment. Breakfast was great, and restaurant fire and oak was great.

Cons: With room had a microwave. The tub was small.

Amazing hotel , beautiful

Pros: Amazing hotel , everything were so perfect , view , jacuzzi , amazing room , amazing bed , quiet , clean , nice , safe , nice area , beautiful sunset with Manhattan view , employees were so polite , my best best hotel in NY

Cons: Thé breakfast buffet could be better and there is no shower at the pool

Pros: Room was great, Breakfast was good. Restuarant even though big , was looking small for number of guest it was hosting.

Pros: We splashed out on a junior suite with river view which felt really spacious and had a great view of Manhattan. We all loved the pool and gym which opened at 5am, perfect for Brits on confused time zones.

Cons: Expensive but felt like value for money

Pros: Great room. Great restaurant. Bar closed too early. Not enough cabs available in the area. Would stay again sooner if the the room rate was a little bit more reasonable.

Cons: More cabs needed. Bar needs to be open a little.longer.
