Pros: Amazing rooms and Skyline views. Easy connection to the Subway.

Cons: Some of the staff could be more friendly.

Great stay, over my expectations

Pros: Great stay, the room is big, nicely decorated, clean and tidy. The staff is welcoming and prepared. The common areas (and the gym) are beautiful. Really nothing to complain about!

Pros: The place and view from hotel lobby and restaurant amazing. The staff is so perfect and nice. We met so nice guy at reception Charle. He inspired our stay in New York and good mood. Thank you hotel to employ so nice people on your board. Brrakfast was more than perfect.

Pros: The room was great with an amazing view of the hudson and New York city. The hotel ia within proximity of transport link, supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel had a swimming pool anf gym which was nice and quiet.

Pros: Our room had an amazing view over the Hudson !! We loved the new decor, size of the rooms and all facilities.

Cons: I was very disappointed with the first receptionist we met on our arrival. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. When she could not provide me a roll away bed (as promised when I contacted customer services) she said it wasn't her problem and suggested I went elsewhere. NOT A GOOD ADVERT for the hotel. She then gave me a key card for a room that I found had another customers property inside, when I opened the door. When I returned to reception and spoke to another receptionist called Jeanine she was able to micralously find a room to accommodate myself and my 2 daughters, rather than 3 of us share one double bed. She was very helpful and friendly. Shame on the first receptionist who could have very easily ruined our first trip to the States!!!!!

Perfect location, great views, friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Great location right on the river. Perfect for commuting into New York without having to stay in the city.

Clean Room and Friendly Staff, But Lacking in Soundproofing and Support

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The window faced the harbor, offering a beautiful and open view—especially stunning in the evening. The front desk staff were efficient, and the porter who helped with our luggage was incredibly friendly and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: That said, there are a few areas for improvement. On the day of our check-out, we called to request assistance with our luggage but were told no staff were available at that time. This suggests a possible shortage of manpower during certain hours. Also, the soundproofing could be better—I could hear a baby crying and someone practicing the violin in a neighboring room, which affected the quietness of the stay.

Great Location and Nice Hotel

Pros: Location was great and the hotel was nice. A couple of the staff were really good. Chipotle, five guys, subway, Starbucks and dunkin within a block or two. The path underground train ($2.90 per ride) is by the hotel entrance. Takes you to the world trade centre (WTC) in 5 minutes. It is then connected to the MTR (subway). Renovations appear to be complete

Cons: A few of the staff were not very helpful or overly welcoming, none were rude. The pool and area is usable but needs a really good clean - especially under the radiators by the windows and the tiles at the waterline. The water is slightly salty.
