Pros: We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the experience. The location was excellent, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk to the train station, and from there it’s only one stop to World Trade Center station, making travel into New York incredibly easy and convenient. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, always going out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was great, with a good selection and a pleasant start to the day. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel offered outstanding comfort, convenience, and value for money. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Jersey or New York City.

Excellent stay!

Pros: Excellent stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, and we slept very well. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The location is great — convenient and close to everything we needed. The hotel was quiet, safe, and very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was wonderful, budget friendly and a nice change from just staying in NYC itself.

Pros: The check-in process was simple and quick. We booked for three persons in a Two Queen Room, and it had a lot of space and room for bags and to move around. Loved having the coffee station in the lobby area. The buffet-style breakfast was really good with a good enough variety. There was a slight wait for a table at times for larger groups, but it wasn't very long at all. Just a 15min walk down to Newport Station...we went to watch the sun rise over Manhattan on the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway

Cons: The surroundings aren't the best, as it's located next to several gas stations (but this is by no means a deterrent).

Very considerate and caring staff

Pros: People at front desk, especially Nayelli and general manager. A poster went missing from our room that my daughter had bought. Probably cleaners mistook it for recycling, and they did a full investigation and refunded us the money. Very professional. We also got an early check in and late check out due to our arrival flight from Australia and late flight departing. This is very generous of them and was so much appreciated.

Cons: The Lobby would do well with an update to make it more welcoming and attractive, especially tables used for breakfast. Other than that very good value.

Really brilliant base to explore NYC

Pros: We booked this property because everywhere in Manhattan was either fully booked or ridiculously expensive because it was December. We paid extra for a room with a skyline view of Manhattan, and the room we got was very very large! It was L shaped so very spacious. It was amazing to see the Empire State Building out of our hotel window. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very large. The room was lovely and clean, and towels were changed daily. The breakfast was nice too, plenty of choice, great to have it included in the room price. It was very easy to get into Manhattan (and to get to the hotel from JFK). It was a 10/15 min walk to the nearest PATH train station, then a quick subway ride into Manhattan. This was a great base to explore NYC and I would recommend to everyone.

Cons: The only negative spot was that our room got forgotten one day and we had no fresh towels, toilet paper and no housekeeping. When I went to the front desk for breakfast and asked the lady, the lady suggested that I take them back up to the room................... Wasn't very happy with her.

Pros: Convenient location next to the tunnel leading to Manhattan, excellent breakfasts !!! (anyone who knows what does it mean breakfast in US hotels will understand me), spacious rooms

Pros: It's located close to the train, but since there were five of us staying, we used Uber. You can get to downtown Manhattan for between $45 and $75. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast met my family's needs. They usually offer omelets, butter, milk, yogurt, waffles, cookies, savory snacks, bread, bacon, and hot and cold beverages. The hotel has a professional washer and dryer, available for a very low fee. This was very useful for us. A shopping mall with stores like Target and Best Buy is just a few minutes' walk away. Also a few minutes' walk away is a liquor store with all kinds of beverages at affordable prices.
