Pros: The hotel is located right in Times Square, which makes it very convenient and gives you easy access to everything. The hotel has also been newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern.

Exceeded my expectations

Pros: The rooms are newly renovated and modern which is not common for NYC hotels of the similar range, very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We have been upgraded to the room with the view. Cafe with light breakfast options on 1st floor is also very convenient especially when traveling with kids. If you are ok with staying at the heart of Times sq this hotel ticks all the boxes

Great room great location!

Pros: The room was really big, clean and the bed was comfy. Great location too being very close to Times Square.

Cons: The hotel and stay was brilliant, the one thing I thought they could improve which would be easy, is coffee available in the room.

Fantastic location, great sleep

Pros: The hotel is located in the best place ever. You can go wherever you want, subway is on hand, walking distance amenities… and rooms quite comfortable, bed was great, and stuff very nice.

Cons: It would be great to have the option of buffet breakfast.

Location fabulous, bed comfortable but very austere & not very friendly.

Pros: Location was the key benefit! Can walk to all Broadway shows & close to transport.

Cons: Would be lovely if staff smiled! Barman & cleaning girl the nicest!

Clean, great location, beautiful views overall extremely happy with the stay

Pros: The property itself is beautiful very clean and new feeling in a great location. The gym is also massive and extremely well equipped. The service at the bar was amazing and the room was cleaned and bed changed daily which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again
