Excellent staff, fantastic location

Pros: The staff are excellent. Our flights were delayed by two days due to snow. The staff could not have been more helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our unplanned extended stay.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in NYC for the first time. Hotel is very clean and Customer service is excellent. We’ll come back again!

Non-stop noisy room to the inner yard

Pros: Very good location, very good matrices, very good bathroom

Cons: No breakfast offered (as this is not a hotel, but vacation hotel which is another concept), noisy room looking to the inner yard (with the non-stop ventilators of the other buildings, also during the night). We asked for a taxi to JFK airport, the person taking care (William) was not honest and not transparent to us of the price by telling us that the hotel taxi service has the same price as the yellow cab taxi, which was not true as the yellow cab is 85 USD and the hotel taxi is 95 USD (to which the hotel taxi driver added 10 USD for toll when arriving (and not telling in advance) at the JFK airport).

Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Pros: Very central and walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see

Pros: Centrally located, very clean, staff very friendly.

Cons: Rooftop bar only open Tuesday -Saturday during the winter.

Pros: -Location was great! - ALL staff were very friendly and helpful, I have never stayed anywhere where the level of service is so consistent. Particular mention to the repairs team who came immediately in the night on two occasions when we had reported issues - the soundproofing was great, the room doors are very close together so we were concerned about noise but we did not hear our neighbours throughout our stay apart from entering/leaving their rooms - room was always cleaned to a good standard - concierge was very knowledgeable - AC worked very well - fridge available to store any snacks or drinks - Full length mirror

Cons: - rooms are small but this is normal for NYC - they will put a hold on your card in case of damages but this is released providing there are no issues with your stay, I had no issues with this and it was returned after a few working days. - rooftop bar was closed when we went - we did not have a good view from our room, we were facing another building and had limited natural light

Pros: Excellent hotel and staff, great location, close to all attractions.

Clean, Well-Equipped, and Perfectly Situated

Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location. Our room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. I had to work from the room occasionally and truly appreciated the reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Cons: The hotel appeared somewhat outdated, and the staff could have been more welcoming.

Nice room and good location

Pros: I loved the room and the bathroom. We had been dealing with showers on a cruise ship for over two weeks so it was nice to take a shower with actual water pressure. The location was great. It was easy to walk to multiple places.

Cons: My only issue was feeling pressured to attend the vacation club meeting to try to get me to buy a timeshare. I wish I had known that was going to happen so I could at least mentally prepare after two weeks of traveling and being exhausted.
