Pros: The cleaning was good, although they forgot to provide the correct number of bath towels each day of our stay.! The breakfast menu is very limited and something was missing every day. Location is exceptional! Overall everything went well and it was a good stay

A good hotel in a great location!

Pros: Good location, and a comfortable room. The hotel staff was really helpful and responsive. The room is big enough and the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is functional and the morning coffee/tea at the reception is highly appreciated. Location-wise, you will be very close to Soho and the southern tip of Manhattan, it is easy to travel anywhere (especially with the metro station right outside of the hotel). Would recommend!

Cons: We had a couple towels missing, and an issue with one of the room service providers. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us out with it, one of the managers was extremely responsive.

Ideal for a family stay…Shame about restaurant

Pros: Out of the hustle and bustle of Mid Town, in a great location to explore both up and down town.

Cons: The adjoining restaurant…breakfast on our first morning was so poor that we sent two dishes back…Stone cold, no syrup for the pancakes and over priced. We did not venture into the restaurant again which was a shame…

Pros: Great location, subway entrance almost inside the hotel (Subway Canal St), the only thing missing is breakfast, there is a menu but it's not that interesting.

Nice stay

Pros: We liked the location, just nearby metro station; the friendly staff; the room and the complimentary cleaning service; the grab n’go breakfast at the reception; the fresh water always present at the entrance of the building. Hilton is a guarantee.

Cons: We didn’t have the possibility to manage the air conditioning in our room.
