Best Western Plus Soho Hotel

Pros: + very close to subway + kind stuff + you can leave suitcases there after check-out

Cons: - AC didnt work and there was no air in the room (february)

Pros: Great location, beautiful big room, nice staff who are 24/7 present and no outside noises

Cons: There were quite a lot of little flies in the room, our outside views was a wall (we didnt see it as a problem since we didnt hear any outside noise) and the window couldnt open for fresh air. The breakfast was very disapointing. There were almost no healthy options and a lot of things were either way too sweet or way too salty. If you would come around 9am, you could taste the scrambeled eggs were cooked like 2 hours ago and the eggs & potatos were very soggy.

the stuff is very friendly and room is clear and cozy ~ i will definitely stay again next time

Very good hotel in Manhattan

Pros: The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and clean and the breakfest was very good. A lot of choice and very good quality. Really nothing to complain about. The metro station Canal Street is just around the corner so you have perfect access to public transport in all areas of new york. You can be at times square in around 15min.

Cons: The area is a bit dodgy at night. As a lonely women I wouldn't feel safe at all times. But as a cpuple it was no problem. And there is also a lot of police around. But this is nothing the hotel can change obviously.

Location was great to get to everywhere we planned, would stay again

Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable place to stay with great value for the price.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very pleasant.

Great location

Pros: The location is excellent! 5’ walk from the canal station which takes you directly to times square etc! There was free coffee any time of the day at the reception. Free water at the reception as well, for refills or cups

Cons: The breakfast was served in plastic plates and bowls. No coffee machine at the breakfast area, only filter coffee available. It was the same breakfast on rotation everyday.

Good value for 4 nights.

Pros: Modern and clean in a great location. Friendly staff. Complementary coffee and water in the lobby.

Cons: Room was pretty small, but think that’s just New York! Condensation on inside of windows in the mornings. Our room was beside a vent which made a bit of noise overnight but nothing major.

Great Value in Soho: Modern Rooms and Easy Access to the City

Pros: I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Best Western Plus Soho in NYC. The hotel is newly renovated, modern, and spotlessly clean — a real breath of fresh air compared to the many old-style rooms still found throughout New York. The breakfast, while simple, is fair for the price and works well as an easy start to the day. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to several subway lines and quick connections to almost any part of the city. The area feels safe, although it can seem a bit unusual at first because of the people selling counterfeit goods on the corner — nothing that gets in the way or affects your stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and a level of cleanliness that exceeds what you usually find in Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again!
