I would stay back there the next time I visit New York for the location and room I had

Pros: Spacious room Great location Staff were very friendly and attentive Loved my view looking over soho from above Safe location

Cons: The shower tap would drip all the time and couldn't get it to stop

Pros: Location close to red and blue subway lines. Easy check in. Nice room. Friendly staff.

Cons: Wifi. We were on the 14th floor, we could see the hotel's network however signal was very weak, could barely get online. It was a lot better in the common spaces on the lobby floor. No mini fridge in the room.

Pros: The staff were lovely and accommodating. Unlimited free bottled water, hot chocolate packets and coffee 24/7. Good location, close to the subway.

Great value place that needs a little TLC to be exceptional.

Pros: Amazing location plus super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The facilities were not great. Bed were too soft and several of us had a little back pain. The pain in the bathrooms was peeling a little and one handle was busted. The bathroom cabinets were listing heavily.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for tourists. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect for a few days in New York!

Pros: Great location, spacious room, big bathroom. Unlimited bottled water and coffee and tea included in the facility fee.

Cons: Wi-fi was unreliable.

Our original hotel cancelled 1 days before arriving so had to change to SoHo 54. Staff were amazing and hotel was exactl

Pros: Everything. The location was amazing, 2 mins from subways stations. Staff were amazing. Room was exactly what you need. Complimentary tea, coffee and water 24/7 was a nice touch.

Cons: The property didn’t have cafe/restaurant so no breakfast avaliable but not the w end of the world.
