In any case I greatly appreciated the stay in your hotel and liked its modern atmosphere

Pros: Location of the Hotel : Super Breakfast : OK. Very kind the staff of the bar Bed : Very Comfortable Mrs. Kyle : Super kind and professional

Cons: Our room was too small and without a wardrobe (even small) for our clothes. Restroom without privacy . ( at least the WC should be in a small room apart) The hair dryer very basic: good for men but not for long women hair . In a hotel like yours, your should offer a professional hair dryer.

Pros: The location is great, everything is well thought even if room are quite small. The design is cool and staff super nice & helpful.

Cons: Nothing. On our second stay the aircon (warm) was super noisy but it might have to do with the super cold temperatures outside.

Comfortable, cool, spotless, comfiest pillows, beautiful breakfast and spot on service.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Excellent location, close to the red, blue, and yellow metro lines. On the hotel's street there are restaurants and cafes, and a few blocks away you can find some supermarkets. The reception staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help with anything you need. There is no room service, but the hotel has a place next to the reception where you can buy coffee, sandwiches, snacks, etc. The breakfast included in the daily rate is not a buffet type, but it entitles you to unlimited coffee and a main course and a side dish from the menu. The hotel also has a filtered water machine where you can fill your bottles, as well as 2 complimentary cans of water in the minibar daily. The hotel provides bathrobes, slippers, and an umbrella. The dishes offered in the restaurant are reasonably priced for NYC. I made some purchases on Amazon and the hotel received and stored the packages at no additional cost.

Cons: The room has a small wardrobe without shelves; just a clothes rack. For a short stay, I believe that wouldn't be a problem, but for us, two people on a long trip with four suitcases and a seven-night stay in NYC, it was quite inconvenient having to open and close the suitcase at least twice a day to separate the clothes we were going to wear.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent, safe, and pleasant location, very close to the East Village and other beautiful areas to walk around. It has a very good restaurant, and every day during our stay the room was cleaned very well.

Cons: The rooms are very small, but even so, the stay was good.
