Fantastic rooms, great service

Pros: The room was good, the teams were friendly. reception and door were excellent.

Cons: The bar areas, even though it was lovely, full of young drinkers at the weekend, really spoilt the bar vibe for an old school bar. It was just full of rowdy people. Very disappointing for a hotel guest and felt it really let the hotel down, would also be a reason why I wouldn't stay again which is a shame

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, to two weary travellers upon arrival

Cons: The lobby bar was busy, we were encouraged to go there. But the staff there were either too busy or otherwise occupied to assist in a timely fashion.

A gem of a hotel with a fabulous team looking after us!

Pros: A cool vibe and perfect cosy spaces for a wintery stay! Wonderful bedroom with lots of light; amazingly comfortable bed and a great location.

Cons: Nothing I disliked but would have loved a kettle in the room and possibly a sound system (although I brought my own just in case!)

Amazing location and old NYC aesthetic

Pros: This is was our second time coming to this hotel! The location and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely perfect. There is an incredible amount of attention to detail. The bed is as extremely comfortable. Also, all the staff was amazing and they were able to secure for us amazing restaurant reservations which are impossible in NY. Perfect to come with friends, family or as a couple

Cons: There was no breakfast buffet, yes a la carte and the gym is very small/has little ventilation
