Pros: Location, right next to radio city and close to most of the main sites. Great restaurants and bars close by

Perfect location!!

Pros: My friend and I stayed for 5 nights during our city trip and we absolutely recommend staying here! If this is your first time coming to NY this is the perfect location. For midtown, the room size was great and absolutely fair for the price. The location is amazing with the radio city hall on the same street, 5th avenue within 1 min walking distance and Rockerfeller Center is right next to the hotel too. Times Square maybe 10 min walk and Central Park too! Subway is super close, so you can easily travel to other places more uptown or more downtown.

Cons: New York is noisy outside, if you cannot tolerate any kind of noise, ask for a room higher up. We didn't mind the noise, but in the middle of the night sometimes you can hear the bins / recycling happening outside. This will be the case everywhere you go in NY.

Highly recommended

Pros: Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Manhattan. Room were small, but nice and clean. No breakfast available, but many caffeterias available near the hotel. Personel was extremely helpful and nice, including arrangement of travel to the airport.

Cons: It was loud and unfortunately extremely cold on the corridors - it was January and below 0 F, but still it was to cold behind the room's door.

Pros: The staff were super polite and welcoming, especially Mr. Mohammed, who truly made my stay a 10/10. His kindness and professionalism made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Cons: When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a better room.

Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back to New York on holidays!

Pros: Great location, close to Rockefeller, Times Square & only a 15 minute walk to Central Park. The staff were great and helpful & the room was great!

Cons: The lifts took a while especially given there’s only two but that’s all :)

A hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location as close to 5th Avenue, Times Square e.t.c. Room was clean and had the facilities needed for my overnight stay.

Cons: Room was small however this was fine as I only stayed for one night. The reception area was extremely small so very limited space to sit or wait to be served.
