Perfect located hotel

Pros: Central located hotel downtown New York. Surrounded by restaurants, bars and public transportation. Central Park is 5 blocks away, and within minutes you are in the 5th or 6th Av.

Cons: Street noise and from adjacent rooms could be heard in the room. Sleeping with earplugs is recommended.

Outstanding central position. Highly recommend. Service was wonderful and we felt very comfortable and well looked after

Pros: Karina at the front desk was outstanding. She gave us such good advice and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so kind, helpful and incredibly personable- a pleasure to see every morning. She went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. The hotel is very central and well positioned. Close to everything including the subway and Times Square. It was nice to know that after a long day exploring the city we had a perfect “home” to return to.

Pros: Conveniently positioned and great access to subway to travel easily up or down town.

Cons: Good value for NYC, though worth the walk to find a diner or restaurant for fair prices for food.

Pros: Great location, close to subway. Super comfy beds and pillows, large spacious room. Coffee machine was nice touch too.

Great location. We loved staying here.

Pros: The location was excellent. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons: The elevator service. We sometimes has to wait 15/20 minutes to use the elevator! I thought the staff member at downstairs reception was unwelcoming and quite sharp. Thankfully the other receptionist on floor 37 was much more welcoming.

Great stay in midtown

Pros: Location is fabulous (though beware the nearest subway station is not very accessible if you have heavy bags!). The rooms are large (especially by NYC standards) and I even scored a fabulous view, which was a real treat. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Bed was comfortable, wifi was good.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, although I didn’t especially appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door when I had the do not disturb sign out. If you’re in need of a snack, do not use the shop on the ground floor - somehow i managed to pay $8 for single chocolate bar! Luckily, it’s not too far to other convenience stores.
