Excellent place

Pros: The excellent location! It’s very close to 5th Avenue but situated in quiet place - no street noise was heard in the room. The room itself was quite big and clean, the beds are comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. In case I be in NY again I’ll stay here for sure.

Excellent stay, I would highly recommend.

Pros: The location was amazing. The room was a good size for 3. Bottles of water were delivered daily and a coffee machine was provided.

Cons: It was very expensive to eat or drink in the bar.

Pros: Ideal mid town location Staff long serving and very helpful.

Cons: Facilities could be better. Little public space and no easy dining in the middle of the day. Rooms a little tired.

Great location, very helfull and friendly stuff, bad floor and view.

Pros: Great location, extremely frendly stuff. Special thanks go to Ivan and Marija. Ivan helped us several times and elevated our experience to the sky!

Cons: 8th floor is very low, very limited day light and bad view. You could not tell if it was sunny or cloudy. This was very bad.
